Dispatch Time/Turn Around Time (TAT)

NOTE: THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME YOU SEE AT CHECKOUT WILL TAKE EFFECT AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED BY US (Brass Balm) AND PROCESSED/SCANNED BY THE COURIER (USPS or UPS) 

Order Processing by Us (Brass Balm) - All orders are usually Processed within 3-5 business days of payment to Exclude Weekends and/or Holidays.  

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours (Mon 12-5pm EST, Tue - Fri 10am - 5pm EST) except on federal holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Process for parcel stating DELIVERED but you did not recieve: 

You must file a claim with the USPS or UPS for replacement. 

 

Insurance

All priority parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit.

You must file a claim with the USPS or UPS and a replacement of the damaged item will be resent as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit.

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.
