Brass Balm Does Not offer Exchanges or Returns!
In the event we cancel or refund an order before it is shipped, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
In the event it’s an error on our part we will accommodate accordingly. Brass Balm is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to negligence on carriers’ behalf. We are also not responsible if the customer purchases the wrong item. Brass Balm does not offer store credit on any packages/lost/stolen or misplaced by negligence on carrier’s behalf.
